Getting to know you.
Spending time in your space and discussing your needs helps me understand how best to support you. By observing how you use your home and listening to your goals, we can identify what may need to change. This collaborative phase sets the foundation for a personalised design, focusing on both function and aesthetics. You will also decide which room or rooms we’ll be working on.
Floor plans.
We will begin by listing furniture to keep or remove, based on your lifestyle needs. I will then measure both the selected items and the room to create a custom miniature floor plan. This will help us explore layout options and ensure the room’s flow suits you. We will also discuss potential new additions, like storage solutions. This process helps refine the design into a cohesive plan aligned with your style and project goals.
Feedback
Client input is essential. I work closely with your needs while offering professional advice and actively seeking feedback. This collaborative approach ensures the final design strikes the right balance between your goals and my expertise, ultimately exceeding expectations.
Project Implementation
Once the design is finalised, I will create a work schedule with a clear timeline. If needed, I will coordinate external help—such as a painter or decorator—to complete any preparations before placing the furniture.
